Cityworks 7 App Settings for iOS

Once you have installed the Cityworks 7 mobile app, go to the Settings "wheel" (highlighted above in yellow).

You will only need to populate four (4) sections, Host, Site, SSL and Save.

1) Host = cw.ddot.dc.gov

2) Site = cityworks (Please Note - you will need to type in "cityworks."

3) SSL - push to the right so that it appears active green.

4) Save - At the top right, be sure to Save.

You will be returned to the login page and you can now login.
