Internships
Pending task changes
- Parking interns TO switch - need HU signature, req is moving forward
- VZ interns extension - need OCP approval before sending to HU
How are things going? People seem to be settling in okay.
In person? Not unless intern wants it and manager is okay with it. Manager will need to find desk and tech as needed.
Projects
Tax Revenue & Telecommuting - TO/PO should be to HU soon. HU has sent MSU the forms to get underway. Only potential glitch is HU's financial system change-over, so best if have task before July.
Advisory Bicycle Lanes - will be fall
ODN Final Report - Carey Anne has taken it upon herself to do the redaction. HU will work to review the revised report to make sure it meets our needs. DDOT has a request to our OGC to confirm 1) that we did nothing wrong in posting it and 2) what our path forward is if she redacts too much.
Administration
Contract extension - 12/31/2021 as proposed extension, HU is fine with it. Stephanie will get paperwork over.
Missing invoices - Stephen and Melissa will
Call for projects will be delayed this year - wait until new contract is in place.
