Library Donation Rubric

Please fill out this rubric if you donate a book to the library! It helps us keep track of where books came from and who donated them for our accession records (you only need to fill this out for hard-copies, not for digital/PDF documents).

Library New Book Request Form 

Please fill out this form if you have a request for a new book for the library. We do not currently have a budget of our own to purchase new materials, but other divisions will help us with funding, and we do our best to fulfill requests as we can. Please fill this out if you have a request, and email it to kathleen.crabb@dc.gov.
