  • Street Acceptance still open (talked to Renan yesterday, waiting to hear on intern's decision)
  • 3D still seeking applicants - reached out to SJSU, UC-Berkeley, TAMU, U of Nevada

Email + survey to matched interns.

  • Email 1: Draft survey for editing, let them know more details will follow in second email, send intern manual
  • Email 2: Send a plan for the summer with the second email - basic framing we normally do during orientation; alert them that they can start using the Intern Teams channel before we start  (send the email To: work emails, BCC: personal emails)

Outstanding items with OCP:

  • Letter on TO66 for cost transfer

Invoicing

  • Met with Carol, LaVonne, and Brenda - they are working on that now. Let Stephanie know if you need our notes on what went wrong.
  • Raised the issue that OCFO is blending payment to them across programs, making it very hard to tell what has been paid. Brenda is talking to the Controller's Office on these details. If that can get resolved, they will be able to sign the close-out letters faster.

Projects

Tax Revenue and Telecommuting

  • Funds pending in FMIS - had 1 signature as of last week, hopefully over to FHWA today
  • Task order cover drafted - pending with OCP
  • HU has sent forms to Medhi to prepare
  • Double checking on subcontracting fee language

Signal Analytics

  • Meeting with TESD this afternoon to figure out next steps - updates to follow

Advisory Bicycle Lanes

  • Looking at September for after data collection - looks like summertime for the final two facilities to get installed.
  • How long will after work take? 3-4 months, maximum 6 months (depends on weather, etc.).
