ArcGIS Hub: Steps involved to request a site built with this technology

STEP 1: To request a new site for a DDOT Capital Project, send an email to kevin.mcmaster@symgeo.com (DDOT Hub Contractor).

STEP 2: For external contractor to get edit access to an ArcGIS Hub initiative site, they must first get their Hub login credentials. To do this, they need to the following hub site by clicking the “Follow Project” button located near the bottom of the page. See the following example of an ArcGIS Hub site:

After clicking the "Follow Project" button, the external contractors are then given the option to connect their social media account from either Facebook or Google, or they can create an Open Data DC Hub Community account.

When complete, please send @Kevin McMaster an email with their login names (either social media or DC Hub Community) so that he can add them to the site editor group for the project.

STEP 3 (Optional): The application of a custom domain names is administered by George Lejano. Please send request by informing george.lejano@dc.gov and by submit Jira ticket. If you are an external contractors with access to Jira, then will submit the ticket on your behalf.
