Request an Account

First thing to do is get an account. To get an account, simply request one at the link below:

https://jira.ddot.dc.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/create/35

Logging in to ArcGIS Online

Go to: www.arcgis.com
Click the 'Sign In' button
Click on 'Enterprise Login' in the next screen:

In the empty box, type dcgis, then click 'Continue' Click on the blue 'DC GOV AD CREDENTIALS' button
Enter your DCGov credentials:
1. Your username will be like 'jsmith@ddot.dc.gov'
2. Your password will be your current Windows password.
Click Ok and you will be taken to DCGov's ArcGIS Online Portal!
