Traffic Volume Maps                                         Â
Created by Washington Karvee about 4 hours ago               Â
District Traffic Volume Maps depict the Annualized Traffic Volume at various locations of the District's roadways.
Count data is collected (both direction) at pre-selected locations on Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) Sections on a three-year cycle. These counts are converted to Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) as shown on the map.
Counters are also placed for 24 hours during the weekdays on a sample of 100 local links annually; counts are adjusted to Average Annual Weekday Traffic (AAWT).
All roadway, traffic, and travel data being made available by the District Department of Transportation in these ward maps are developed to support internal users.
Any and all data is provided "as is" with the understanding that no warranty of any kind implied, expressed or statutory is given with respect to the content of these maps. Any and all conclusions or products derived from the data are the sole responsibility of the user.
All numbers are expressed in thousands and rounded to the nearest 100.
