Mission
DDOT shall ensure that the establishment and management of commercial loading zones in the District are conducted according to principles that:
encourage off-street freight deliveries;
mitigate congestion and improve air quality;
support freight efficiencies; and
achieve a balanced approach to the allocation of curbside space.
