Mission
The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a multi-year, fiscally constrained document that identifies transportation projects and programs that require federal funding and approval under Title 23 USC 135 and 49 USC 5304.
DDOT is the state Department of Transportation (DOT) for the District, and each state DOT is responsible for developing its own Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
